Hardesty Homes offers up to $75,000 in Savings During

75th Anniversary Sale

75 years ago the year was 1935. Bonnie and Clyde were running rampant across Texas, Franklin Roosevelt was president, and the Hardesty family began their home building business.

So many things have changed through the decades, and the world is certainly a different looking place than it was 75 years ago, but the Hardesty family is still building beautiful, high quality homes for St. Louis families.

Now in a special celebration of those 75 years of the Hardesty Family Tradition, the company has temporarily lowered prices up to $75,000 in its St. Louis neighborhoods.

“We’re giving people 75,000 reasons to celebrate!”, said company president, and third generation builder, Brett Hardesty.

Though the family name is well known in the St. Louis area, there are still some misconceptions about the homes that Hardesty builds.

“Many people have the impression that Hardesty homes are only for those in the million dollar bracket,” explained Mr. Hardesty, “But we build that same high end quality into our homes at every price level.”

“In fact, when people compare, they find that they can actually get a luxury, custom Hardesty home at prices that rival production builders,” said Mr. Hardesty.

Hardesty currently offers homes at several West St. Louis County locations with prices that start in the $400s.

“Our 75th Anniversary sale will last for only 75 days,” explained Mr. Hardesty, “but during this time our lower pricing will make our luxury neighborhoods accessible to more people.”

For example, at Homestead Estates, where 1-acre homesites and million dollar homes abound, you can move into a beautiful, new, custom Hardesty home starting in the $600s.

At Arbor Chase, off Kiefer Creek Road, a luxury home on a wonderful wooded homesite in the Rockwood School District can be purchased starting in the $400s.
